Starting his career in software development, he designed and developed systems and reporting tools to manage reimbursement processes. Tom then moved into managing reimbursement for independent laboratories in personalized medicine. He has implemented solutions for laboratories with newly commercialized tests and for tests that progressed to the standard of care. Tom currently consults with laboratories on reimbursement best practices and industry changes and manages a Business Intelligence team that uses analytics to gain insights into reimbursement trends across Quadax’s revenue cycle lines of business.
