Heather holds a BA in Journalism Communications and a BS in Psychopathology from the University of South Carolina.

Clarisa Blattner

Blattner is a subject matter expert in revenue cycle management (RCM), specializing in achieving operational efficiencies and maximizing revenue. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, she has an extensive background in revenue cycle management, particularly within the lab industry and has served in leadership roles at prominent organizations such as US Labs, Clarient, and MDxHealth. Clarisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California, as well as a certificate in Business Administration. Additionally, she is credentialed as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) through AHIMA and as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC.
